e-Discovery and LPO Veteran to Spearhead Expansion and Execution of Company’s Managed Services Solutions for e-Discovery and Attorney Review

March 20, 2011 – Austin, Texas - Flex Discovery, a leading provider of managed e-discovery and attorney review services today announced that Bill Rioux has joined the Company as president.  Rioux is responsible for leading the expansion and execution of Flex Discovery’s innovative Managed Services solutions in North America.

Rioux has a proven track record of leadership and success in the litigation support and e-discovery industry. He founded Apex Document Solutions in 2000 and successfully developed operations both domestically and overseas in the Philippines and India. In 2004, the Company was ranked number 155 in the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and was recognized by Socha-Gelbmann as a Top 20 Provider of e-discovery services. Rioux sold Apex to a publicly traded BPO company in 2006. More recently, Rioux served as vice president of sales for an industry leading e-discovery company and helped them achieve record revenues despite the general slowdown of the economy.
