e-Discovery Professional’s Legal and Discovery Expertise to Aid Company’s Growth in Managed Services for e-Discovery and Attorney Review

June 15, 2011 – Austin, Texas - Flex Discovery, a leading provider of managed e-discovery and attorney review services today announced it has hired Michael Curran as vice president and general counsel. In this role, Curran will serve as the organization’s in-house legal counsel and will lead the Company’s Client Services division.

Curran brings more than 17 years expertise to Flex Discovery, representing and assisting clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals on numerous litigation and discovery matters. Mr. Curran specializes in legal services, legal technology, consulting, electronic discovery, managed review, litigation support, professional services, business development and project management.

Curran is a licensed attorney in Texas. He began his career in the legal industry practicing law with several top rated law firms where he managed the discovery effort on several large litigation matters. More recently, Curran worked in a variety of management, technical, marketing and legal consulting roles for a leading national provider of e-discovery solutions and related legal services.
